Is there a life before death
'Is there a life before death? That’s chalkedoff up
in Ballymurphy, Competence with pain,
Coherent miseries, a bite and sup,
We hug our little destiny again.'
That’s another quote from
Heaney. Is there a life afterbefore
death? We’re not too concerned
about notthe other just now, though I
heard Paisley yesterday on
television say that he wouldn’t
discuss or think about
politics on a Sunday. Isn’t
it a pity he thinks about
politics at all? Yes asIs there
a life before death? That’s
the question, as Joxer would say,
or Joxer would say
that’s the question.
