This\nis a sad blow as I was looking forward very\nmuch to seeing you. I have had to cancel\nrecording arrangements and studio bookings\nand so on, and as you can guess I'm not in\nthe best of tempers.\n\nHowever, these things happen in the\nBBC and have to be endured. Many thanks\nfor the pome: it lifted our spirits, and\nhas made Frances bring a dictionary into\nthe office. Thus good comes from evil.\n\n If you have any time drop me a note:\nI see McFaden once a week and if he or I\ncan be of any help at any time I know\nyou'll write. 1'11 let you know when I\nget some decision made about the stories.\nOne - \"The Man of the House\" is in pro-\ngrammes.\n\nWith best wishes to you\nYours ever\n\nFrank 0,Connor Esq.,\nFlat 36, Rutland Court,\n\nDenmark Hill, S.E.5.\n","Type":"Text"}}]
